Nestled in the heart of Highett, Cove Pilates is a home reformer studio created for parents with young children. A space were YOU become the priority to move your body, calm your mind and reconnect with yourself.

Our mission is to make the practice of reformer pilates more accessible to parents in a supportive child friendly environment.  All children are welcome, regardless of their age. We know the demands of parenthood only too well and understand how it can be hard to find the time to move and prioritise yourself. So we’re here to make it easier for you! Step into our studio for some movement that feels good for you and leave feeling stronger both physically and mentally.

The small group 3:1 class size allows for individualised attention, where we focus on increasing strength, balance, mobility and overall endurance for the whole body.  Whether you are new to reformer or have been a long time pilates mover, everyone is welcome.

With a bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, I have always worked in the health and fitness industry and more recently discovered the benefits of Pilates after the birth of my first child.  For me it was the complete mind/body workout that I fell in love with and loved how Pilates offered something for everyone regardless of age or ability.  After becoming qualified in teaching both mat and reformer Pilates, I have enjoyed working at studios however have decided to take the leap and open my own home studio for parents just like me.  As a busy mum of 2 (soon to be 3!) I understand all the challenges that come with having children and myself too have used all the reasons in the book to not put myself first.  However I’m here to flip the script on this! Don’t let having kids be the reason you don’t workout , let it be your biggest reason why you should get moving!
